If there are readers, I apologize profusely, because I have had a hard time of it health wise and have not been able to post anything. And I am so far behind with stacks of cards to post (small stacks, but still...). Maybe I should forget about doing a postcard blog, I don't know. A Santana house in Madeira, Portugal; farmers lived in the ground floor, and the attic was used to store farm products. Now it looks like a playhouse!

Vintage card from Holland, look up at the right hand corner, it has a stamp with Rebecca on it (Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm), that's the reason the sender posted it to me!

okay, um... eww. This is a card from the WW II era in Finland. They sent these out to all citizens with directions on how to keep bedbugs out of their lives.
