The End Of April!

The year is going by fast! When I was a child I used to hear my parents say with other adults that time went by faster the older you became and I didn't understand that until I got there. :)

Enjoy!

I love this card from Finland!

Lovely campus at the U of M!

Another Edward Gorey card for my collection; this is the cover illustration for The Gashlycrumb Times. I don't think I'd put my child in that daycare!

Nice fishing boat from Canada.

The Australian flag

Love this!!

From my friend in Arizona, this is a prickly pear cacti growing new pads, which are very edible when they are young. Don't you think he is a great photographer?

The interesting face of a vulture from the Ukraine.

Sent from Russia, a painting by Karl Briullov, Young Girl Gathering Grapes, 1827

Nice Group

It's another beautiful day today in the mountains of South Carolina!

Nice composition view of shrimp boats in Texas.

Another Rt. 66 card for my collection! On Pinterest I have board for this too, and some great memorabilia photos!

Beautiful view of the Polish countryside.

One of the wonderful views in Sedona Arizona. If the Lord ever allows me to become well enough to travel, Arizona is one of the first places I want to go - they have sooo many great nature places and also I could spend time with a dear friend whom I've never met in person!

From France, I imagine it takes a great deal of starch to make those lace caps stay like that, and I'm not sure how the wearers make them stay put!

A black face sheep looking out of the barn in Sauder Village, Archibold Ohio.

A painting by Toulouse-Lautrec of a hound dog eyeing a brave chicken!

California state card

And I just love this view of bicycles, from the movie Red's Dream.

To Brighten The Day

As it is quite gloomy outside!

A barn from Alberta Canada; I love old barns and wish I knew the stories they tell!

If you enlarge this by clicking on it, you can read the Preamble to the Constitution!

Postcrossing is the organization I receive most of my postcards through - and it's free! (Of course you have to buy your own stamps & cards.)

Another big old barn with all kinds of great signage!

From my friend in Arizona - a close up of one of the knobs of Mesquite Tree, where the foot long thorns grow!
